We have a tough time looking for the Hotel as its entrence is hiden in a side ally, almost spent an hour looking for it. Hotel should provide better signage or direction. Room is well designed and cleam only down side is that most rooms are facing toward the hotel lobby, which provide little privicy.
Restaurant Tip:
Try to book the steak house called "Block House" at the end of the ally of the Hotel in advance, its one of the better steak house in Berlin.

This completely new hotel located in the heart of Berlin, just 2 minutes walk from Museum Island and Unter der Linden. Directly in front of the hotel - station Friedrichstrasse, from which you can easily go anywhere in Berlin. The hotel is a modern building of glass in a high-tech style. On the ground-floor lobby is located mid-size atrium, which houses a bar and computers with free internet access. We got a room overlooking the atrium, which we really liked, because the room was quiet, and we were able to observe the movement of people in the atrium, and also - through the glass windows at the entrance to the hotel - see sweep past the train. Rooms are true luxury, large, new, in perfect condition, with large windows from floor to ceiling. Beds are large and luxurious. Next to the window - the seating area with table and two chairs. Design - in the style of modern luxury, with a predominance of warm colors. As for service, it was standard, but there are no claims to hotel staff. In addition to the check-in and check-out, we spoke with receptionist only one time when he helped us to print boarding passes for the return flight. We did n't use breakfast and restaurant in the hotel, but nearby there are many coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, including the Block House, where we dined very tasty. The hotel is surprisingly cheap for a 5 star hotel with very central location. I think this is one of the best hotels in Berlin, in terms of price and quality.

you could find all local spanish tv chanels but not tv3, the most important tv channel in the region of catalunya. the explanation of the receptionist to our question about it was very rude.

The hotel design is perfect with modern facilitie. A five star hotel at a very reasonable rate. The location is just next to the stations, in walking distance to the busy shopping district along the Friedrich Str. The address is a bit hard to find as it is not on the front side of Friedrich str, but inside a small one way path and must be accessed from back side street if coming by car. But once you find it you will be impressed.

reasonably priced, hotel was very well designed and rooms are spacious, good working area with wifi. comfortable bed and relaxing multi shower jets. staff are friendly though no one assist with luggage at all times.
the only bad point is the room service i had one night, signature dish chicken noodle soup as its signature dish. portion was tiny and it was super salty, like someone has triple seasoned it. also the side fries was already 'warm' and not fresh, again too salty as well.
otherwise a nice hotel and will definitely stay again
