Friendly guesthouse owner who spoke fluent English. The location is easy to find but no special notice or sign that shown the exact location. Need to phone the owner when you arrived the building.
Clean room but need to share bathroom. Many attraction points are within walking distance. Free wifi here.

location, spacious super clean modern rooms, lovely and light filled.

Warm and informative welcome, washing service in house only cost 5 Euro a load. Everything was clean modern and lovely. Great bed and good quality linen. We felt very comfortable staying there and felt like we got excellent value for money.

cette guesthouse est idéalement placée, rien à dire sur l accueil que nous avons eu, sur la propreté des lieux.. la guesthouse est chaleureuse, on ne manque de rien, la cuisine est bien équipée, les salles de bains aussi.. les lits sont agréables..
je recommande vivement cet endroit..

自分にはホテルオーナーから直接メールが届き場所などすぐに分かり、対応してくれた若いスタッフも気さくで親切な好青年だったのでスムーズにチェックインできたのですが、翌日のアメリカ人ツーリストはオーナーからのメールが届かなかったみたいで、着いた時間も夕方で昨日の好青年もおらず、なかなか大変だったみたいです。駅はポツダマープラッツが最寄りですがベルリンHbfからでも歩いて丁度いい距離だと思います。近所のレンタサイクルを利用すると、雨でなければ存分に広いベルリンを満喫できます。チェックポイントチャーリーもブランデンブルク門も数分です。自分の泊まった部屋はダブルベッドとシングルベッド、応接セット、テーブルは２セットでギターまでありました。全てIKEAでしたがセンスがいいなあと感じました。シャワートイレは２箇所あり、キッチン共シェアで使いますが時間帯をずらせば利用頻度が多くても不便は感じませんでした。またアメニティグッズはたくさんありました。
Restaurant Tip:
クリスピーチキンは絶品でしたが、足が丸々一本あり食べきれませんでした。ビールは甘いのから苦いのまで、あといろんなフルーツテイストがあり銘柄数え切れませんでしたが、どれもクリーミーで美味しかったです。雑貨店などでは小瓶が15ユーロぼどでした。アルコール度数が高いのか少量でもすぐ酔えます。

離地下鐵只有五分鐘腳程，不過因為民宿沒有標誌標示（因為屋主說那大廈拒絕），抵達後無辦法進門，最後需要打（長途）電話給屋主方可進門。
房間像IKEA的示範屋，北歐風味，簡單舒適，有家的感覺。由於民宿位於住宅區，所以相當安靜。

真的是家庭旅馆，完全没有招牌。地址很好找，但就是找不到店，由于迟收到主人的邮件所以完全没办法联系上主人，费了很大的力气，开始还以为是一家黑店，因为完全没有任何标牌，附近的饭店也没有人知道这家店。后来和店主人联系上以后，他把我们带到家里，是一个三居室，不同的居室出租，店主人是一个可爱的德国胖子。房间打扫的很干净，位置也很好距离各个地方都很方便，楼下就有很著名的中餐馆，附近租自行车的点也很多。屋子里厨房东西应有尽有可以自己煮咖啡，泡面啥啥的。。。。

一定要电话店主，让他下楼接。。。。
