Nice hotel as advertised in photos. staff are ok. 8 I booked this hotel because i thought the fitness center and steam room and sauna will be a bonus to my trip. However, when I and my daughter went with swim suit and bathrobe and wanted to use the facilities, we came back with shock to find out the center is unisex and we when entered, there were all men in nude and as Asians, we were really truly embarrassed. From that day onward during our 4 days of stay, we don't want to use it because when we ask the receptionist at the front desk they told us it is a normal practice in Berlin. I wish they have told us beforehand when I asked about the fitness center. For German people, may be it is their culture and it is a natural thing for them, but for Asian like us, it is really a shock. Therefore, we hope the hotel will look into this matter and consider setting hours for different sexes. Otherwise, will not consider staying there anymore in future trips. Travel tip: I have used HSBC credit card Promotion and suppose to have 8% discount and good price. However, now I received my bills and found out the exchange rate and hotel price charged us very high and shall be reluctant to use your web site again.

The room was clean and the size of the room was great. The subway station for U9 was right next to the hotel, and Zoologischer station for S bahn and X9 (to airport) was 10 min walking distance. I was very satisfied staying here, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Travel tip: none

Business travelers Russia, March 23, 2012	A well-located, well-designed hotel spacious, well-designed room 8.3 Stayed for a single night without breakfast, so cannot really comment on the hotel amenities. The hotel is well-located in the city centre, right next to an U-bahn (tube) and S-bahn (overground) stations. My room was nicely designed and spacious, complimentary wi-fi was a nice touch. Will stay there again if I go to Berlin.

All staffs are very helpful and the location just cant get any better. It's close enough to shop and far enough to have a peaceful moment for yourselves...U Bahn (subway train) station is just around the corner of the building! One minus point is that the wall at the corridor is so paper thin and the housekeepers are quite noisy and work way too early in the morning and I'm talking about 8 am!

The made "left" her hairs almost every day that I stay there and the floor was dirty as well. The sauna and gym smell really really bad some times. Some of the front desk agent were really really nice but some of them shouldn't work

Business travelers Italy, January 05, 2012	New hotel great design centrally located,10 metres from the ubahn 8.3 It is a new hotel.it has a superb design,maybe a little bit cold. the room was nice and well equipped.what i really appreciated was the location,close to the ubahn of kufursterdamm.Unfortunately the price,cheap,didn't include breakfast that cost,as an extra,too much. Christoph D. Couples Germany, January 01, 2012	Great location and good service location, service, free if inconvenient internet 8.7 We stayed in the H10 hotel over NYE in Berlin for 3 nights. It has a great location, next to a metro (U-Bahn) station, from where one can easily get to all areas of the city. Being a 4-star hotel, it is not a bargain, but quite worth the amount they are charging. The room even included a bathtub. Our stay was smooth, and they do offer parking - however, it is not free; the charge is EUR 18 per night, something they like to not mention in advance. Given that it is difficult to find parking in Berlin, and outside parking is not much cheaper, we found ourselves without an option. Especially in order to avoid getting the car damaged by rogue fireworks. I felt they need to improve on some details still though, just to mention those here: - Internet passwords are only valid for one device for up to 24 hours. New passwords need to be obtained from the reception. One would think that for that price per night, they could put together a more convenient system. - Minibar charges are as ridiculously expensive as other hotels of the class, so just buy your drinks outside. The parking charges are too high as well. - The choice in pillows is unsatisfactory, seeing as the usual German pillows are super flat; only one neck support pillow was offered, which was the tiny sausage type. Shopping Tip: The hotel is close to C&A and H&M shops, and KaDeWe is walking distance as well.

Very close to shopping district, clean hotel and perfect size of room. 9.7 The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is very close to shopping district. The hotel is very clean plus the staffs are very helpful with the tourist's questions. This hotel is very well maintained and offered a very good price for its great location. I would definitely stay over at this hotel again if I visit Berlin.
