This hotel is located brilliantly, has comfortable and modern rooms, and also a very nice exterior. Suprisingly, for a hotel of this calibre, my room wasn't perfectly cleaned. It could have been a one-off mistake, though.

lovely hotel and service with a smile
Beautifully designed hotel, spacious room; real value for money. Fantastic location, right in the city, exactly beside underground subway and very near hop-on-hop off city tour.

Nice Smart Hotel

my stay (two nights) was very good, nice big room, very quiet. only real complaint which i could have addressed at the time was i left the hotel at 9-30am on my first morning and put the "make the room tidy" sign on the door. after some shopping returned to the hotel at 3-30pm to find that the room had not been touched. i decided to take a shower, and just as i got in the shower the cleaners arrived. a bit late in the day for me, i am more than capable of tidying the room so i made no issue about it.
Restaurant Tip:
Get a copy of the local map and find Siagon and more.... Restaurant. It is classed as the 3rd best (out of a total of 4,230) in Berlin on the trip advisor website. Might be best to book if possible but I am sure that you will not be disappointed. Very good food at a reasonable price.

Hotel room is clean and modern design, staff at the reception is helpful. The staff can help to book a concert tickets and call for a taxi.
I kept my luggage for two days while travelling to Holland.

Great location and clean hotel
located 2 minute to the bus stop for hop on -hop off bus tour, can buy tickets on the spot in front of Hard Rock Cafe.

- allowed me to put my excess luggage in the hotel and picked up after 3 days. when I am away and back 3 days later to stay at the hotel.

I recommend
The room is big and nicely decorated, modern. The privilege lounge is quite useful if you want to work a bit and drink sth for free without having to empty your minibar.

I highly recommend this hotel and this type of room. The only "problem" I have encountered was the unavailability of a privilege room for smokers. Otherwise, the staff is very kind and effective. The room is big enough, modern and contemporary. The conforters (there are two single) are small. I would prefer to have a big one.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose the privilege room. With that option you have access to the privilege lounge from 8 am to 22 pm and you can drink and eat some stuff. At the end, it becomes even cheaper !

Good, modern hotel, nice bar

Stayed for one night while transiting, so I cannot comment too much on the area, but it is near a lot of shops and restaurants, about 20-30 min by taxi from Tegel.
The hotel is quite nice, furnished in a clean modern style without being over the top. The room had what one have to come expect from a hotel in this class - i.e. flat screen TV, mini bar, etc. It was a bit on the small side though and did not have a desk, which the Agoda reservation said. As I paid a low rate and was there for really little more than 12 hours, I did not bring it up with the staff.
I'd recommend a drink and a snack in the hotel bar. The "berliner tapas" were excellent and a good deal.
In all, it is a great hotel for a solo traveler, not sure I would recommend it for families (not having seen other rooms).
My limited interactions with the staff were very pleasant and they speak good English.

A well-located, well-designed hotel

Stayed for a single night without breakfast, so cannot really comment on the hotel amenities.
The hotel is well-located in the city centre, right next to an U-bahn (tube) and S-bahn (overground) stations. My room was nicely designed and spacious, complimentary wi-fi was a nice touch. Will stay there again if I go to Berlin.

It is a new hotel.it has a superb design,maybe a little bit cold.
the room was nice and well equipped.what i really appreciated was the location,close to the ubahn of kufursterdamm.Unfortunately the price,cheap,didn't include breakfast that cost,as an extra,too much.
Anyway,the hptel is of good standard
