Great hotel

This hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops just outside its doors. The "hop on hop off" city tour buses all stop just a block away. There is also an underground train station in front of the hotel. From here we were able to walk to the Brandenberg gate in about 15 minutes and have a great day on foot seeing all the museams and sights on our list. we were also able to walk across the river to museam island and some great neighbourhood shopping.
The hotel staff were great and the room was nice with an updated bathroom. Wifi is not free but that seems standard in Germany. You can tell alot about a hotel by what the staff does when something goes wrong and when the power and water had to be shut off they took such great care of us and truely understood the level of inconvienience.
The restaurant attached is really nice and it was our best meal in berlin!
can't recomend the location or the hotel more!

Had a great time, the bar is pleasant and large, the rooms are very nice aswell as the bathroom. Hotel is very large with a large reception, maybe not as cosy as a boutique hotel could be but still very well decorated and good service

The hotel has an excellent retaurant itself and there are very good restaurants close by. The hotel 's location on Gendarmenmarkt
is spectacular. The hotel itself has all the amenities and facilities one could wish for.

I have travelled to others Hilton, But, Hilton in Berlin has a super service, good location and incredible helpfull staffs. I will back, sure!!!

a very enjoyable stay. staff very helpful and friendly. room in pristine condition. great location beside underground station and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Galerie Lafayette department store which also has eateries and wine and champagne bar on the lower level.
