Poor Service and no 24 hour reception

I arrived late and was not worried as I saw description "24 hour reception". But this was not a apartment hotel that I expected. Luckily I had the contact number in the voucher and I called and waited for more than 10 minutes outside and the man with amenity arrived. He didn't bother to help my heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor without lift!! And asked for extra hour check-in time charge of EUR30. I rejected the request. Description of this property lacks details and guest will have bad experience like me. Another thing! I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights and he provided only 3 towels!! Every night I was expecting some replacement when I go back to the house. But none was replaced. !!
Shopping Tip:
quite near to Indian grocery super market which is open until very late night and take away Chinese shop is very nearby.
