Repeated stays, always the best choice
The hotel's location is perfect, it is close to the airport, the shopping area and even the exhibition centre. The buffet breakfast has a huge selection which is great. The staff are always attentive

The hotel was fine. Clean and tidy. Only complain is about wi-fi. Was not working to great in our room. And as mentioned by others the prices in hotel restaurant and bar are quite high. But nobody says you have to eat or drink there. While we were there they put up a lot of chockolate bunnies and easter eggs around for the kids. They even had 2 person dressed as easter bunny. Kinda cool
Nightlife Tip:
It is in gay area of the Berlin. We didnt knew about this. You might expect to see a lot of willage people like crowd. Kinda funny if you are not homofob.

Our stay here was fantastic! we fell in love with Berlin during our 4 nights here and the hotel exceeded our expectations on most fronts.
There was only one major negative for this hotel and that was the cost of the breakfast. It was $21 euro extra per person. At $42 euros a day, there was no way we were going to pay tht amount. It also makes it the most expensive breakfast of any hotel on our 3 month holiday and that includes a few 5 star hotels.
On the plus side there was a fridge so we supplied our own breakfast.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the fridge, it'll save you a fortune.

ロビーもきれいで、概観もライトアップされていて、初めてでも分かりやすいロケーションにあります。全体的に設備はきれいでした。フロントの人数が多く、またされることなく、チェックイン・アウトができ、ストレスレスでした。部屋もバスタブ付きのなったので、長い出張の最終日だったのですが、ゆっくりとすることができました。あと、テレビが新しく、nikkeiワールドのニュースもやっていたのでよかったです。あと値段がお手ごろです。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ブランデンブルグ門まで、タクシーで8、９ユーロ。そこからベルリンの壁まであるき、、、ぷらっと観光するには良いロケーションでした。また、ベルリンはレンタル自転車の設備が充実していた。観光客でも使えるか、とか少し不安ですが、このステーションも近くにあります。

总体感觉酒店服务较差，但因为工作关系所以选择这里，下次来柏林将不再选择这里。
1、入住时将房型搞错，将较低价位房型按照预订房型安排，提出异议后虽然更换但态度很差；
2、房间服务员不分时间直接进入房间，提出不满后稍好；
3、部分房间有异味，调换后安排最远、最吵距离房间；
4、wifi信号差，经常上网过程中断线；
5、所有前台人员面无表情，没有任何主动为客人解决问题的语言和行为。
所以，这是一家不值得信任和不能带来良好住宿体验的酒店，我决定今后不再入住该酒店。
