לצערי לא ניתן לי לשהות במלון כי הם עשו טעות
מלון שנקרא גם פנסיון מיקום לא רע נראה מיושן.

הזמנתי את המלון הזה כשבועיים לפני הגעתי. כשהגעתי למלון לאחר שעליתי עם שלוש מזוודות ברגל ללובי המלון נמסר לי כי נעשתה טעות ולאחר בירורים רבים הפנו אותי למלון אחר בקרבת מקום. נאלתי לרדת עם כל המזוודות שלי למטה. רציתי לקחת מונית אל המלון שהפנו אותי אולם נהגי המוניות סירבו לקחת אותי כי המרחק קצר. 7 דקות הליכה. נאלצתי ללכת ברגל עם כל המזוודות שלי למלון החדש. שם קיבלו אותי בחוסר רצון והניסו אותי לחדר שגודלו כגודל צינוק בבית סוהר. נאלצתי לרדת לקבלה ולאחר דין ודברים העבירו אותי לחדר שנמצא מאחורי חדר המעלית וכל פעם שמישהו ירד או עלה במעלית אני התעוררתי בגלל הדפיקות. החדר שקיבלתי פנה לכביש רועש וסואן הוא היה מלוכלך ובשעירותים היו מרוחים על הקיר חתיכות של... חוויתי סיוט ואני מתכוון לפנות אל החברה בדרישה לפיצוי הולם שכן אלמלא כן איאלץ לתבוע את החברה על כל הנזק ועוגמת הנפש שנגרמה לי.
