The hotel rooms were very big and comfortable.
The Hotel CityB Novum is centrally located and right next to the underground train and not far from city centre.
Many shops in the hotel area and the kebab across the street was delicious.
There is also free wifi and the english speaking staff were very friendly and nice.
Overall a great stay and recommended.

A perfect experience for budget conscious traveller.
I stayed for two nights to enjoy Berlin in a short trip, what i need is a Hotel that is closed to public transport system. This hotel is just 20 meter away from Ubahn entrance, yet at the same time giving a good view of spacious surrounding.
Supermarket is just a stroll away, and numbers of restaurant also just all over the place.
The family room is so spacious that we felt like we were at home.
Buffet breakfast is also reasonably priced, only 7 Euro for Adult and 5 Euro for Grown up kid, and free for small child. Basic breakfast is available such as, egg,bread,cereal,fruits,and sliced ham or turkey ham,salad,coffe and tea.

There is a U-Bahn near hotel, within in 10 seconds. There are some restaurant nearby and if you would like cook by yourself, you can go to supermarkets which need 10 minutes walk. The room is quite big and have stove and fridge. Overall, it is worth to spend money to stay this hotel.

Very friendly, efficient reception. Room was a bit of an odd shape but very clean with clean modern bathroom. Excellent location absolutely next to S-Bahn station. Breakfast was a little basic - not all the usual breakfast buffet items were available.

as mentiones hotel is nice, location is good but service.....awful... There was a guy in the reception always putting funny faces when we asked questions on the services. Locations to visit.etc.... Also, it is advertised sauna service...it is there but for 15 euros!!!! That was a joke...

the only fault is that this hotel chain has a strict policy of not letting anyone check in before 2pm....even if the room is ready.....no good if you arrive early after a long flight.
