The hotel rooms were very big and comfortable.
The Hotel CityB Novum is centrally located and right next to the underground train and not far from city centre.
Many shops in the hotel area and the kebab across the street was delicious.
There is also free wifi and the english speaking staff were very friendly and nice.
Overall a great stay and recommended.

There is a U-Bahn near hotel, within in 10 seconds. There are some restaurant nearby and if you would like cook by yourself, you can go to supermarkets which need 10 minutes walk. The room is quite big and have stove and fridge. Overall, it is worth to spend money to stay this hotel.

perfect location next to U2.
large room with fridge/ mini kitchen.

the only fault is that this hotel chain has a strict policy of not letting anyone check in before 2pm....even if the room is ready.....no good if you arrive early after a long flight.

別のサイトから、中庭に面した部屋だとおそろしく静かとあったのですが、本当に車の音、空調の音ひとつせずほぼ無音です。ツォー駅、ポツダム広場駅、アレクサンダ広場駅など主要な駅の真ん中にあり、どこへも近く（または遠く）地下鉄駅の目の前にあります。夜23以降は受付が無人になるので建物へはルームキーで入ることになります。シャワーブース（湯量は豊富で快適）に段差があるのですが、意外に高さがあるので常に注意しないと本当に大けがをするおそれがあると感じました。

とにかく、駅から歩いて30秒というロケーションの良さが最高。一人旅でよる遅く帰るときも、暗い夜道を歩く必要なく、心ゆくまでベルリンを満喫できました。U2にのれば、ポツダム広場まで一本でいけるし、とても便利でした。また、機会があれば使いたいです。
