New hotel with great service

A very new hotel to the point that when going downstairs to the lobby loo you can still get a faint smell of cement - although everything is spotlessly clean.
Really friendly and helpful staff who seem to welcome feedback regardless of it being positive or negative.
Any negative comments are dealt with without any fuss.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Berlin.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If arriving by train, the hotel is only 300 to 500 meters from the Zoological Garden mainline station. Easy walk or a €5 taxi ride taking 2 minutes
