Good value family run hotel

An excellent family run hotel close to a major rail station. There are a couple of good restaurants on the same quiet street. Short bus ride to Charlottenburg Palace where we visited - host very helpful and welcoming.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. the building is lovely and the coffee and food was great. The shower room was what let it down badly. It was shared between a number of rooms. It was cramped, old fashioned and not very comfortable. It was a long walk from my room (but there was a toilet close to my room). I had to wait 45 minutes to use the shower in the morning and had to keep going backwards and forwards along the corridor to check when the shower was free to use. If they could update the shower and put in a couple of new ones this would be a really lovely hotel and great value.

Great Hotel but shared bathroom disappointing

Nice hotel, warm welcome by owners.Breakfast very good.
However room was quite small and we did not enjoy shared bathroom experience.
Travel tip:
Hotel very helpful with tips for first time Berlin Visitors.

Pension hotel with the character you expect.
Pleasant and vibrant area, plentiful public transport.

Warm greeting from the owner and attentive to my comfort during my stay. Situated in a charming street with plenty of variety in the area for places to eat and drink.
Maybe The shower could be a little nearer to my room, but that's just a minor quibble.

Pension agréable, bien située, hôtes charmants

La pension se trouve non loin du parc zoologique à proximité de nombreux commerces, metro et bus. Un bus permet de rejoindre la pension directement de l'aéroport.
L'accueil est agréable, la chambre plutôt petite mais fonctionnelle, très calme.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux.
Il est possible de laisser ses bagages le jour du départ pour effectuer ses dernières visites / achats et de venir les chercher juste avant de quitter Berlin.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Si j'ai l'occasion de retourner à Berlin, c'est dans cette pension que je réserverai.

ベルリン中央駅からＳバーンで７分でツォー駅に着き、そこから徒歩１０分程でホテルに到着。ホテルはビルのある階(階を失念)に位置し、家族による個人経営の様である。ご主人奥さん娘さん？とも、とてもフレンドリーで親切である。シャワーは自室についていたが、トイレは共同、しかし、トイレは同じフロアに３つもあるので、かち合う心配なし。部屋は清潔。朝食は８：００から宿泊費込みであり、チェックアウト日、チェックアウト時間の関係で早く朝食を取らねばならない旨伝えたところ、前日に朝食を食堂に用意しておいてもらえて大変助かった。お薦めのホテルである。
