Cold and far from public transit

The building is quite far from both U-bahn and S-bahn, actually it is in the middle of both. (took around 10mins walk.) The neighbourhood isn't that lovely, there are numbers of teenagers sitting on footpath all along the street, but that might be because we arrive Berlin during Christmas break. The bed is good, but everything else are not that great, hot water almost doesn't work and also the heater as well, windows have no insulation and the room is pretty cold in winter
The owner is nice and willing to help but she cannot speak English at all. On the day we leave the hotel, she tried to charge us some extras, blaming her son that put wrong price on agoda. That was quite troublesome.

The cheeppest hotel in the city. I supposed its near Tegel - it was mistake. It takes about 20-25 min by bus.
