It is right across from theodore haus platz metro and about 10-15 minute walk from the coach station. The staff are very nice and attentive. The room is clean and has a superb bathroom/ shower.

the location of the hotel is perfect for icc berlin (around 10-15 mins walk). in addition, it is only 15 mins away from the tegrel airport by taxi. there is also a supermarket near the hotel which i think was gret. the hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. therefore, this hotel is good for business trip but not for family vacation. on the other hand,the single room is very small. although there should be free wifi in rooms, the signal is very weak and can never get my computer connected. there is not much of the facilities of the hotel including choice of resturants, gym, etc.

stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. room was good size with seperate toilet. clean, comfortable beds. heating worked really well. had to switch it off over night as it was very hot. very small tv in the room with only 2 english chanels. didn't have breakfast as 9e pp was a bit too much. lots of food options near by. took us about 1h to get to the hotel from the airport. metro station 3 min walk. overall really good stay. recommended.

for a new hotel, it was set up very nicely. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. although it was close to an underground station, unfortunately, it is really far away (over 30 minutes) for a person who wants to do go into town to sight see or enjoy the berlin night life. getting home on the train late was daunting for a single traveller.

Reasonable price.The breakfast is 9 euro. It's ok but not too good because only western foods ...no asian food. But anywhere I have breafast hotel almost everyday!!1

Buen hotel con carencias en el servicio

Estuve 4 días, mi habitación estaba en el cuarto piso, y dio la casualidad de que tanto el ascensor como el servicio de internet no funcionaba. Fueron incapaces de solucionarlo y como cliente no recibí ningún tipo de compensación por la carencia de esos servicios a pesar de haberlo solicitado. No volveré.

das hotel liegt sehr günstig zur messe und alles wichtige, wie restaurants, apotheke oder supermärkte sind in der nähe zu finden. die lage ist also wirklich prima. der rest hingegen ist fast schon eine frechheit! die betten im einzelzimmer sind so eng und veraltet, dass an schlaf nicht zu denken ist. auch die extrem dünnen wände tun ihr übriges. die unterkunft ist ihr geld beim besten willen nicht wert! und achja, die flasche wasser, mit der man den gästen "einen schönen aufenthalt" wünscht, ist nicht kostenlos! obwohl nirgends ein preis steht oder überhaupt eine minibar vorhanden ist. kurzum...finger weg!

Das Einerzimmer war klein - Lage ideal.
Nahe bei U - und S-Bahn. Ruhiges Quartier.

Wollte in der Nähe meiner Freunde wohnen, daher die Hotelwahl.
Zimmer funktionel, eher klein. Alles war sauber und i.O. Das Frühstückbuffet war ausreichend, z.T. harte Brötchen.
Lage: Nahe bei der U-Bahnstation oder in 10.Min. bei der S-Bahn.

Parkplätze auch in der nahen Umgebung des Hotels kostenfrei zu finden, z.B. direkt hinterm Haus

Negativ: (1) So dünne Wände, dass wir in der ersten Nacht nicht ohne Ohrstöpsel einschlafen konnten, da irgendwo nebenan ein Schnarcher schnarchte.(2) Ein fremdes Haar im Toilettenabteil, kein Waschbecken im Toilettenabteil. (3) Das Frühstück bot zuwenig leichte Alternativen, etwas mehr Obst und Gemüse wäre wünschenswert gewesen, sowie Lachsschinken. (4) Bei Ankunft eiskaltes Zimmer, da Fenster offen waren. Am nächsten Tag wussten wir auch warum soviel gelüftet wurde: das Zimmer hat einen ganz komischen, muffigen Geruch.
Postiv: (1) Bad und WC getrennt. (2) relativ zentrale Lage. (3) ansprechendes Design des Hotels und der Zimmer
