Business travelers Germany, October 29, 2011	kaltest hotel mit mäßigem Service ausreichendes Frühstück, saubere Nasszelle 6.3 Das Haus war im Umbau, der Frühstücksraum sehr kalt mit ausreichendem und leckeren Buffet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber zweckmäßig. Jedoch rochen alle Sachen hinterher wie das Zimmer - muffig. Einer Angestellten musste man selbst einen guten Morgen wünschen, Sie wäre nicht auf solche Freundlichkeiten gekommen.

Couples Germany, September 05, 2011	Sehr freundliches Hotel gerade im Umbau Sehr günstig, gerade zu Messen 7.3 dicht zum unteren teil des ku-dammes und die messe ist in gut 15 minuten zu erreichen. sehr freundliche leute die ein etwas in die tage gekommens hotel wieder auf vordermann bringen. parken ist günstig am haus möglich.

Couples Belgium, April 05, 2013	Mooie basiskamer in verder oud uitziend hotel Modern gerenoveerde kamer, proper, openbaar vervoer op wandelafstand 7 Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst hoewel er nogal hard op aangedrongen werd de wagen onmiddellijk (zelfs voor het inchecken) te verplaatsen indien er niet zou betaald worden voor de parking. De kamer was heel modern gerenoveerd maar de rest van het hotel gaf een slordige oudbollige en verwaarloosde indruk. Blijkbaar waren we de enige gasten en ditw as ook duidelijk te merken aan het ontbijt. Niet het beloofde ontbijtbuffet doch een klein mandje met enkele broodjes en een bordje beleg. Weinig eten voor mensen die met koud weer een citytrip doen. De extra kosten op de credietcard afrekening zijn ook iets dat niet echt klantvriendelijk kan genoemd worden. Verschillende lekkere restaurantjes voor diner op wandelafstand. Volgende keer kiezen we zeker een ander hotel.
