Very Kind & helpful Staff. Hotel is very clean and is in center where you can get easy excess to Shops, Cafe's & Supermartets. Even very easy to take a taxi and to excess to underground.
Shopping Tip:
Big shopping street nearby.

The hotel is located very centrally in the city and within walking distance of Untermeyer den Linden. While traffic and parking in the area can be something of a hassle, the location makes up for it with easy access to any major area of the city. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean. The pool area is nice, though the exercise facilities are a bit s,all and rudimentary. Overall it is a good value for a stay in Berlin.

Verschiedene Probleme mit dem kostenpflichtigen Internetzugang, der techniker musste 2x aufgeboten werden - alles sehr freundlich, aber für einen Geschäftsreisenden eher mühsam. Schön sind die Kunstwerke an der Wand.

Bei Ankunft erhielt ich ein Zimmer in einer niedrigeren Kategorie als gebucht. Auf meinen Hinweis wurde ich sehr unverschämt behandelt. Man wäre ausgebucht. Keine Entschuldigung etc..Nach 1 Stunde bekam ich dann die gewünschte und bezahlte Kategorie , allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dieses Zimmer wäre auch nicht besser. Ich finde dieses Verhalten unverzeihbar, da kann auch nicht die Lage entschädigen. die Zimmer sind ok, nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer ok.

durch die außerordentliche zentrale Lage, sind viele Berliner Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touristenattraktionen per pedes zu erreichen.
zum anderen liegt der Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe und somit ist man schnell in jeder Richtung unterwegs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
der Bootsanleger für die kleinen und großen Stadtrundfahrten auf der Spree und Kanälen ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und ist sehr schön und informativ.
Auch der geführte STadtrundgang ist sehr empfehlenswert
