Bad location and they charge everything's!!!
Near the airport but u still can't walki there cuz it's a little bit far away!

We need to go to the airport at 4 am and they didn't hv shuttle bus for us since its too early ! The hotel told us it only took 7 euro to the airport but the taxi driver charged us 10 euro!!! We feel angry about that!! And the hotel charges for the Internet!! They wanted us to give them the hotel voucher but from my experience in more than 10 hotels in other cities, they don't need me to guve this voucher!! It took me much time to use their "extremely slow" Internet to email them my voucher and did my checkin!

Gret location at the airport, great food for brekfast and good value for money

Located at the airport only 5 mins away by hotel mini bus, great if you have an early flight from tegal, very good food for brekfast a very wide selection all very good quality and also really great resturant for dinner. The room was good value for money at 60 euro a night from Agoda but the bed was quite small and the Tv has only 1 english channel also the reception staff were quite unfreindly

The hotel was very clean. There is also a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but it can be hard to find, especially late at night. I understand there was a restaurant/bar although I can't comment on the quality or value as we did not eat there.

I stayed at the Berlin Tegel Airport Mercure Hotel the night before flying out. I was pleased with the cleanliness and ambiance. Service and food in the restaurant was very much appreciated. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed and the room offered a nice blend of functionality and sexy styling.

freundliches personal, gut ausgestattetes zimmer mit angemessenem komfort, sehr hilfreich: zeitnaher shuttle service vom und zum flughafen, gute verkehrsanbindung auch mit öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln in die city, sehr erfreulich: late check-out war kein problem; nachteilig: stark befahrene straße in unmittelbarer nähe mit recht hohem geräuschpegel bei geöffnetem fenster und bei nutzung der außenanlagen

wir fuhren mit dem Bus zum Flughafen.Dann ging es mit dem Bus zur Haltestelle Festplatz.Von da waren es ca 10-15Min.Fußweg mit Gepäck zum Hotel.im Hotel erfolgte die Info das es einen kostenlosen Transfer zum Hotel vom Flughafen gibt.Die Zimmer sind ok.Kein Hotel für ein Sightseeing in Berlin.Nur für Übernachtung um einen frühen Flug zu bekommen.

das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, ein Shuttle Service für nur 1€ kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Vom Flughafen aus kann man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln weiterfahren. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders gross aber sauber und nett eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bietet einen sehr guten Shuttleservice, die Räume sind sauber und gut eingerichtet und geschmackvoll (vielleicht etwas sehr sytlisch / modern). Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut zusammengestellt und vielfältig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen, also eigentlich direkt in der Einflugschneise. Das bedeutet, dass ein Schlafen mit offenen Fenster nicht zu denken ist, da es sehr laut wird, wenn früh morgens der Flugbetrieb aufgenommen wird.
Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist die Schallisolierung so gut, dass man nichts hört.
In Summe kann man sagen, dass das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet ist.

インターネット接続は、部屋にイーサネットケーブルがありますが、Wi-Fiが使えず、少し困りました。ホテルのフロントに行って尋ねると、「深夜はやってない」などと言われて、使うことができませんでした。
Hotel Feature Tip:
夜遅くのフライトでテーゲル空港に到着したときは、市街で交通手段を探すのが不安だったりするので、空港そばのメルキュールなら、シャトルバスで連れていってくれるので、翌日になってから安心して移動できます。

wien旅行の前日にテーゲル空港付近のホテルを、と思い予約しました。地図では空港からホテルまでが近いと分かっていたものの、空港からはホテルの看板などが見えなかったため、タクシーで向かおうとしました。タクシードライバーに聞いた所、「歩いて行けるよ」と言われ地図を見ながら大体徒歩で10分～15分ほどで行けたと思います。シャトルバスがあるようでしたが徒歩でも問題なかったです。
スタッフの対応も良かったです。部屋は広々としていて、バスルームも綺麗で快適でしたし、テレビも見れたので満足でした。
