Great value for a city hotel

This hotel is situated in a quiet location but within walking distance of the main shopping area or a couple of u-bahn stops. Our room was of generous proportions and the aircon was effective.On the downside the breakfast was expensive at 12 euros and the wifi is chargeable at 19 cents a minute which is not really acceptable today. Nevertheless good value for money.

in my case: the room-rate. modern and comfortable rooms, unusually friendly staff

while searching for an affordable accom during the itb tourism fair, where room-rates usually triple, i found an extremely attractive rate at this park inn. well, the truth is, as agoda is not very known in europe, the hotel obviously forgot to change their rates to "special-event". the hotel is located somehow on the edge of downtown. from schoenefeld airport, soon to be replaced by bbi airport at the same location, take a train or s-bahn to bahnhof zoo, from where it is a short taxi- or a subway-tram-ride (alight at fehrbelliner platz). the rooms are compact in size, but still comfortable, well-furnished with a working desk and another table and armchair. big bathroom. staff, both at front-desk as well as in the coffee-shop very friendly - berlin is usually a "rough'n'ready" city. as the breakfast was reasonably priced at twelve euro, i gave it a try and it was well worth the money - loved the smoked salmon and the mozzarella. locationwise it is rather in a residential area and therefore quiet at night. my room faced the back of the building and a small park and children's playground. but the "action" is just a few steps by subway-tram away, and even in the vicinity there are a few restaurants and coffee-shops plus supermarket, so you don't need to roam around much if you don't like. overall, a pleasant stay, particularly if you manage to get such a great "early-bird"-rate. recommended for all those who are not shy to use berlin's convenient public transport.
Restaurant Tip:
nearby are two recommended restaurants, one is "Hell oder Dunkel", a low-profile Restaurant and Pub offering Swabian food from South-Western Germany at a very affordable price, and the other one is the "Haxenwirt", specialising in Bavarian cuisine. this place is a bit more pricey, but sees a lot of VIP-guests and professional Sportsmen (Ice-hockey-Players for example), as the servings are generous and the quality good.

What you would expect from a Park Inn: reasonably priced, clean, helpful staff. We enjoyed two nights at this hotel and found it a good location for getting around Berlin and out to the airport.

i was only staying for two days, i choose the location as i visited friends who lived nearby - this "raddison" is not bthevery large and nprestigious one, but relativly small and average standard. no restaurant - but small breakfats and snack area. overall - and price/product relation : recommandable

C'est un hôtel sympatique pour un court séjour. Les prix sont très raisonnables et l'équipe de cet hôtel est très professionnel. Il existe un autre Park inn à berlin près du centre mais il vous en coutera plus chere.

tolle Zimmer, zentrumsnah
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sauber, 15 Minuten vom Kudamm, umliegend alle Geschäfte vorhanden

das zimmer war groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. parkplätze waren zu mieten ( garage/10,- € strasse) aber um 2 ecken konnte man kostenfrei stehen. das frühstücksbüfett war mit für berliner verhältnisse teuer, in den umliegenden bäckereien erheblich günstiger. für 4 sterne gab es weder schwimmbad noch sauna noch kraftraum und auch das internet musste teuer bezahlt werden. für den von uns bezahlten preis ein super schnäppchen.

Trotz der zentralen Lage befindet sich das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der häufig vorkommende Verkehrslärm bei Stadthotels ist hier kein Thema. Mir haben auch die elektrischen Jalousien gefallen. Insgesamt hatte ich eine gute Nachtruhe. Während meines Aufenthaltes ging der Duschkopf kaputt. Nach der Meldung des Schadens wurde dieser umgehend behoben. Zur Verpflegung kann ich keine Aussagen machen, da ich nicht im Hotel gegessen habe.

Ordentliches Hotel in günstiger Lage

Wir wohnen gerne im Park Inn Hotel wegen der zentralen und doch ruhigen Lage und dem freunlichen Service. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßige eingerichtet. Man findet immer Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Die Stadtautobahn ist ganz nahe.
Frühstück entspricht nicht ganz dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten (allerdings Parkbewirtschaftung). Öffentliche Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Weitere Restaurants und Geschäfte sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
