Good hotel

A bit weird that they didnt bring up room service to your room and the price for tea was super expensive.

Pleasant boutique hotel with lovely staff

We were a group of friends travelling to Berlin and we chose the Pestana because it seemed nice and is newly open (August 2011). We were not disappointed, everything was perfect. The beds were big and very comfortable, the bathrooms were large and very clean, everything was perfect. We had a meal at the restaurant one evening, as they offered a BBQ, and for 16 Euros we had a choice of fish, meat, salads and soups - a treat! The two main "cons" (although they were no real cons) were that there is no WIFI in the rooms and the next underground station is a ten-minutes walk. Apart from that: we were extremely content with the choice of the hotel!
Restaurant Tip:
Lovely little café called "Café Minouche" with nice teas and baguettes, just 5 minutes away from the hotel!

Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes modernes Hotel
Modern, zentral und dennoch ruhig inmitten des Botschaftsviertels des Tiergarten gelegen

Sehr nettes , modernes Hotel umrahmt von den nordischen Botschaften. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Zimmer -tolles Bad mit Blue Light Illumination und Rainfall-Shower ! Allerdings lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab und drohte das ganze Badezimmer zu fluten. Eine kurze Meldung an der Rezeption behob diesen Mangel. Preislich ist das Hotel relativ moderat.
Ein Manko ist das nur im Lobby-Bereich verfügbare kostenfreie W-Lan (Zimmer nur Kabel für Laptops..), während man Internet über den Fernseher gerne für € 6,50/Stunde verkaufen möchte... Also zeitgemäß sowie der Kategorie und dem Preis angemessen wäre kostenfreies verfügbares W-Lan im gesamten Hotelbereich!
Sehr angenehm aufgefallen ist uns die perfekte und freundliche Betreuung beim Frühstück durch Frau Schutzan - Vielen Dank hierfür !

Super Lage, zum shoppen oder Sightseeing. Sehr modernes, schönes Restaurant mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Schöne Zimmer mit Wlan. Bequeme Betten mit gute Matratzen. Im Bad viel Platz um Toilettenartikel abzustellen. Schöne Aussicht.
