This luxurious country mansion just outside the city center offers a quiet getaway in designer surrounds. Located in the upscale residential neighborhood of Grunewald, this grand Schlosshotel property is all elegance and glamour, having been refurbished under the discerning eye of Chanel�s Karl Lagerfeld. Originally built in 1914, the entire property evokes the romance and nobility of the neoclassic style � full marble bathrooms, chandeliers, a Roman bath-style pool and intricate gilded moldings creating an opulent and exclusive ambience. When not taking walks around the garden or perusing Catalan literature in the library, guests can take the boat upriver from nearby Schloss Charlottenburg or catch a cab to KuDamm and be shopping in less than ten minutes.

The hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in. Expecially for the price. It has a splendid garden, very wide rooms and lobby bar. Good service. Very quite and clean. A great choice for those who want to have a romantic and quite stay in the capital of germany. You definitely have to book the hotel.
