Solo travelers United Kingdom, December 01, 2012	Generally a pleasant stay, reasonably clean etc. Most staff engaging helpful, affordable accommodation booking online. 6.7 I booked 7 days at the SORAT Hotel Room reasonably clean and typically large and of normal size as was the bathroom attached. TV had both BBC World and CNN and several very good German channels. Breakfast should be booked through a site in advance for a reasonable reduction for companies 6 Euros and on arrival well over 8 Euros which I felt was too expensive however the breakfast looked very reasonable. Typically No Tea or Coffee in the rooms but in lobby area down stairs very good coffee & Tea services almost always available free. Staff were generally polite and warm / friendly apart from three. Who for some apparent reason just ignored the hotel guest as two were in non uniform. All reception staff appear very capable of speaking in English, a pleasant danke schön goes a little way to breach the language divide. and Hallo ;) Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The internet was down and would normally cost 5 Euros for 24 hours but a free 2 hours was offered. This 2 hours was unsecured web and finally accessed by going to share WiFi and connecting to Sorat site and then going to google bringing up the password and name to input that is given at the reception. Over all an enjoyable place to visit as for the distance from Berlin city centre easily it’s well within easy train distance and far more financially economical than Down town Berlin. Book in advance a 5 day Berlin area ABC Welcome Subway train is "U-Bahn", above ground train "S-Bahn" and this includes buses for 35,90 Euros 0nline delivered to you in advance or at some Malls adjacent to the Train stations or machines available. Best to use the above ground "S-Bahn" trains from Schönefeld airport into Berlin. Walking the 200 yards covered concourse to the trains.

Teppichboden alt mit Flecken kostenloses Wifi und Festnetztelefonate innerhalb Deutschlands 3.7 Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen : Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Teppichboden im Zimmer war alt und voller Flecken. Das Zimmer wurde nur unregelmäßig gesaugt. Der laut Beschreibung vorhandene Kühlschrank war ausgebaut, die Safeanlage im ganzen Hotel defekt. Ab 23:00 Uhr wird die Rezeption abgeschlossen und man wird nur über Türsprechanlage eingelassen.
Roswitha W. Solo travelers Germany, May 05, 2013	Spandau -Heimatstadt- Die Lage, die Ruhe und das Frühstück 6.3 Seit der Anreise fehlte die Seife am Waschtisch, der Abfluss roch unangenehm. Rezeption war 24 Std Vorort, bei Bestellung einer Wurstplatte am Abend ist das Hotel unflexibel. Auch beim Frühstück sollte doch ein Radiosender laufen, damit man weiß wie es ist mit dem Verkehr, und auf der Stadtautobahn etc. Ab 9:00hr laufe per CD- Eiport (was auch immer das Ist) Musik.
