The location is great near to the s-ban and u-ban station. It only take 40 mins from airport to this hotel.It is very convenient to go to anywhere. The breakfast is great but lac of choices. The room is small but tidy. Unfortunately, the hair dryer didn't work. The staff is nice. They provide a map to me and answer every question that I asked.

this hotel is great for travelers to berlin who want to live comfortably without spending too much. getting to and from the hotel is easy, if you're coming from tegal airport, get the x9 bus to zoologisher garten and then change to u-bahn and get off at the next stop wittenbergplatz. the hotel is only 2 min walk away and amenities such as supermarket, currency exchange and post office are all on the same street. the hotel is not new but it is comfortable, they also provide free wifi. the staff were very helpful, they loaned me a power adaptor free of charge! overall, i'd stay here again next time i'm in berlin.

A good city centre hotel

This Retro-style hotel has a spacious reception area with seating and a cafe - good for a relaxing break after shopping/sightseeing! Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel restaurant is only used for breakfast but there are several restaurants nearby. The standard rooms are a little small and basic but the comfort rooms are quiet, quite spacious with tea and coffee making facilities, a nice armchair, and a good sized bathroom with bath. No air con. but the windows open to let fresh air in.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Pay the extra for a comfort room - it's worth it!

Hotell Ambassador Berlin is no doubt one of the most priceworthy hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location next to Wittenbergplatz subway station is also very good and gives you lots of possibilities to easily move around town. KaDeWe - the gigantic departmentstore is five minutes away and if you can't find something to buy there I don't know!
