A very accommodating place

i have only praise for the hotel. just one example. both i and my wife forgot to bring our toothbrush. we asked the concierge where we can buy one. he just walked over to the reception desk, and handed over a toothbrush to each of us, including a small tube of tooth paste.
the only thing i missed - other than a swimming pool - is the lack of alternative global television news channels. bbc, cnn, euronews, and the rest have a well-known bias, and to get to know what is really happening in the world, you need at least one differently biased global news channel such as al jazeera in english, russia today, cctv, or press tv.

Great hotel in city centre
Accessibility to all the berlin tourist spots

The hotel is located in the city centre of Berlin and is very accessible to all the tourists locations such as the Berlin wall, Zoological garden, Victory tower and Bradenburg gate etc. Very nice room and there's free wifi available in the lobby.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just enjoy whatever the city suggests and suits your preferences. The ethnological museum is a must. The hotel's concierge is the best we met.

I loved staying here. I live in Berlin but could not be in my apartment for a few days so it was the perfect stay-cation. I was not that familiar with the area and it was incredible, restaurants everywhere, shopping, cafes and sites I had not seen since I have lived here. They gave me a room high up and very quiet and clean with everything I needed. You can order special pillows, room service and food all great and the staff was beyond nice, courteous and helpful. My only complaint is having to pay for wireless in the room. While they did have free wireless in the lobby, they should have it in the rooms.

Love hotel with a great location

location of the hotel wins hands down. perfectly location at the heart of berlin , multiple trains were nearby which can take you to any part of the city. great choice of food in nearby restaurant and shopping options will kill you. loved the design of the hotel, staff were very friendly, missed the free wifi at the room. overall enjoyed and would come back again

a nice and pleasant stay with everything expected in such a business oriented hotel. was a little disappointed upon arrival due to the room is somehow not very new, and the air conditioner is quite noisy. however, the location is very convenient and making up for this!

the hotel is both near to underground station and train station, very convenient to travel around. located in the shopping district, there are plenty shops nearby, from mid range to luxury brands. kadstat has a supermarket, it is convenient to shop for food and drink then.

During our stay at the Swisshotel Berlin we found the accommodation to be of the hisghtest standard. The location of the hotel was in the heart of the main shopping distict, close to transport and many fine bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were excellent. Friendly and curteous as befitting of a modern welcoming city.

My sister and I stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights for our first trip in Berlin. We took bus from airport and the bus-stop is only 2 minutes from Hotel(also underground, only 1-2 minutes). Hotel is in very good area especially for Shopping!!! Inside hotel is also very modern and clean. You could use free-wifi at Lobby.
Restaurant Tip:
in Berlin have a lot of kinds of food. We went to Dao restaurant: Thai-restaurant (U could search in Internet for the place and menu). It's so delicious and you could taste a "real" Thai food here. Price is also acceptable.
