Wonderful staff...Helpful in every way... I asked to borrow an ironing board and a kettle and was brought to my room and kept using them for 9 days at no cost...Good size room and very comfortable beds ... Fluffy towels and aroma therapy hair and body products.. Hair dryer...Very good breakfast with many varieties and cost 16 euro but we signed with the hotel club membership and paid half the price which was worth it... Close to the underground...food market and restaurants.....wi fi was very good in common areas at no cost...TV was in German except for 3 channels in English news broadcasts...I will surely stay there again and if i have my choice will ask for room #530 and I recommend it:))
Travel tip:
Close to the train station, close by a super market and is in a quiet part of Mette...Tours are okay but would rather walk with a map than 50 people ... Read a little about each place you wish to visit...tour guides talked forever with details.....and much cheaper...transportion is so easy to follow ... Even city of Dreseden can do without a tour committement....they talked all the way from Berlin to Dresden with boring details...and had to listen to other languages....not fun...but worth visiting the city...we did Potsdam by train and without a guid....we also took the train to Prague and was worth the visit.....Berlin city was cost effective and I will visit again...

we booked four rooms on the occasion of a birthday event to meet in Berlin. The hotel is centally located and well connected to local public transportation. We enjoyed n almost 30 centigrade start into May and had a good time. Beds were somewhat too hard to get a fully deep rest.

la taille des chambres est correcte, mais ne prenez surtout pas une chambre pour fumeurs!!! l'odeur est atrocement forte...
la décoration est sympathique et le service tout à fait correct. le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux, mais le prix n'est généralement pas inclus dans le tarif de la chambre!
la situation est agréable: l'hôtel est proche du métro u6 et du tram m6!
le wifi marche très mal dans les chambres!
