Lovely Hotel With Great Location!!
Warm Room, Good Size Room. Friendly Staff, Great Location!

I am a Single parent With 2 Children under 10 Years Old With Special Needs. This Hotel has a Great Location (4 mins Walk From U2 Zoo U-Bahn Station and 6 mins walk from the Europa Centre/Christmas Market.
The Staff Were very friendly with very good English and the Room was Large With Good Facilities (there was even a shoe shine machine on our floor!!) The Breakfast was wonderful with a great choice of English or Continental foods.
The Reception was great with a welcoming warm fire and games likes "O and X's" for the children and Chess. They had a great libaryt in German and English and I highly recommended this hotel for all travellers looking for Warmth, Value and a Great Location.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I would definately recommend learning some German before coming here (we encountered some extremely bad behaviour towards us and we can speak German. Buy a Welcome card for 3 day travel (1 adult and 2 children 25 euros) and our Merlin Passes covered us for Free in Legoland Discovery Centre. We also went to Jollo's Childrens World in Kreuzberg (U6-Platz der Luftbrucke) £20 for 3 of us all day fun!!!!
