Comfortable stay at a reasonable price
Friendly staff, gym, close to shopping district and train station

The room was large and comfortable, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel offers gym service (not free). The cons are wifi is limited to only 30min a day and we had to wonder around the shopping district to get some free wifi connection. Train station is nearby but you have to transit a couple of times to get to the major attractions.

Staff are not friendly and quite impolite; I have made special requests (early check-in, etc.) when I booked Wyndham Berlin Excelsior through the Internet with Agoda, but the staff there said very unfriendly that they didn't receive any requests from Agoda!! However, I had also booked other two hotels in Berlin through Agoda, and these two hotels have received my special requests from Agoda, so I think it's probably the staff of Wyndham had purposely ignored the requests of the guests who booked hotel rooms through Agoda. The housekeeping staff was very annoying as they would come into the room directly (without my consent) before nine o' clock every morning when we were still sleeping!! I shouted and said we didn't need housekeeping but they insisted to knock and intended to come into our room several times between 9:00 - 10:00 am!!! Super annoying and impolite!!!

Nice but a little noise

The hotel is located in a nice part of Berlin and just few minutes walk away from the train station but there is one problem that is the room is a bit noisy we could heard people talking on the hall way and during the morning hours we could hear the house keeping cleaning the rooms and where quite annoying.

Great stay, only a few things needs improvement

Some improvement advised! The bathroom is small, especially the toilet area, you're really stuck between the wall and bathtub. Parking at the hotel is very expensive. The wall are thin, we could here the neighbor snoring. The breakfast is great but the waiters are taking away your plate before you're finished, and this was not a one off occasion. We stayed for 5 days and every day we needed to slow them down and and ask them to leave it. But all in all, great hotel!
