Friendly personnel, good location, dirty bathroom

it's a small private hotel with a funny deco. the location is very good: 2 s-bahn stops from the dom. the price is cheap and the personnel is friendly and ready to help. the disapointing thing was the bathroom. it was clearly dirty, especially the toilet. there is no parking at the hotel, but near it you can park everywhere, if you'll find a place, of course.

Obwohl das Hotel gut gelegen ist, dürfte man für diesen Preis doch ein Frühstück erwarten. Ansonsten ok

立地条件のいいホテル
駅からとても近いです。スタッフの方が笑顔で丁寧、親切でした。

６月の終わりに２泊３日で滞在しました。
ダブルの部屋は広く、掃除もされていて日当りも良かったです。
シャワーとトイレは一緒になっていて、狭いです。換気扇がバスルームにないので、湿気がたまりましたが、ドアを開けていると湿気はすぐ出て行くので問題なかったです。バスタオルやフェイスタオル、ジェル状のソープがありました。
セーフティーボックスもありました。小さい冷蔵庫もあり、ミニバーがついてます。ビールは１本ユーロでした。
インターネットは１時間１ユーロとのことでしたが、私たちが滞在したときは、２４時間でユーロ支払ってインターネットを使いました。室内ではネット回線は繋がりが良くなく、部屋の玄関の側にいくと繋がりやすくなりました。
ホテルの近くに電車が通っているので、たまに音が気になりますが、日中外出していて夜しか部屋に居ないのなら問題ないです。
最寄りの駅はs12か13のtrimbornstr.で方向はケルン中央駅からはau(sieg)行きです。ケルン中央駅から２つ目の駅です。迷わなければ、中央駅からは電車と駅からの徒歩を合わせても２０分くらいでいけました。trimbornstr.から中央駅行きの電車は、土日は少ないので気をつけてください。
朝食はついてなかったので、朝食をつけてもらいました。１回につきユーロでした。
ホテルの近くにはピザ屋さん、カフェ、イタリアンレストラン、スーパーマーケットも徒歩５分くらいでいける範囲にあるので、朝食はつけなくてもいいかもしれません。
スタッフの方がとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。私たちは高級感やリゾート感を求めず、普通に滞在したかったので、値段は手頃で利用してみて良かったと思います。
