price and location is good
i think this is a nice hotel for a short stay, location is good, very convenience to get to S-Bahnen. Free parking~
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to Kolnmesse and Koln-Arcade Shopping mall.

Friendly staff, Medium size but comfortable rooms, with minibar. Located on a quiet area.
Dependency of transportation to get there (by foot you don't go anywhere). 5 minutes to the tram station and you're linked to the city.
Hotel with a very good value for money. With a familiar atmosphere, it isn't big, but the personal is correct and always with a smile. On our stay (3 nights for the Christmas Markets) they surprised us with chocolates on the room's door or on the cafeteria in the morning. The breakfast has variety. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern. I liked!
