-beds are quite hard This is my third time staying at the Jolly Media Park Hotel in Cologne - it offers a convenient and quiet location, an underground car park that leads directly into the hotel and great rates. In particular the breakfast is of note with a large variety of items to appeal to most people. I wouldn't pay extra for the breakfast but if you get it included in your room rate you will be satisfied.

Excellent breakfast, convenient location the beds are a little hard. This hotel is in a lovely and very quiet location-no street noise here.The sights, restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance of this hotel. The staff are quite good with the level of english comprehension being good overall. I would recomend this hotel to anyone wanting a good standard and location in Cologne without having to pay a great deal for it.

None except to say that Cologne was disappointing and we should have spent more time in Heidelberg which was much nicer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are going to Cologne to see the Rhine River Gorge then don't. See it from cruises that leave from other towns on the Rhine.
