The understanding of the owner for the late check in.
The floor is very squeaky.
The hotel located right in the center of the town. In the early morning at 6 am, there is a long stream of loud gong from the bell tower nearby which make you impossible to stay on the bed. Considering it is on a medieval city, the sound is quite charming for the first night but definitely not for the second onward. With a call in advance, the hotel owner is quite understanding when checking in very late at night beyond their regular open time. Breakfast is well prepare and people are very friendly.
