Very comfortable with all facilities with a soft double bed & welcome fruit & chocolates. You can find everything you need for a short stay in the hotel. Most of the room with a very nice view to a river.The room is very clean & the decoration is very nice.

Modern and nice
Very modern and newly re-furbished hotel just outside Düsseldorf, in Neuss.

A very modern and "Scandinavian" hotel that feels just re-furbished. Large rooms with all possible commodities. Good value for money considering the standard. Only thing that keeps the rating down is the fact that breakfast is not included.
Free use of computers next to the bar but over-priced Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Swissotel Hotel-good service
Hotel remodeled in Summer 2008. All rooms newly furnished. Modern. Comfortable. Quiet. LCD TV. Food at restaurant very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Swissotel Neuss is new and modern. Staff is friendly, and restaurant food is good. Its location is not in Dusseldorf, so it's not convenient for tourist. Also, the nearby S-bahn station is 15 mins by foot, and quite scary because of the graffiti and dark road to get there. If you have business, e.g. conference at the hotel, then it's good to stay here. If you are tourist, I would pick a hotel closer to town.
I booked through Agoda and got a very decent rate.

Hotel assez classique finalement, personnel agreable et rapide. Tres bien pour voyage d'affaire mais je n'y passerais un week-end romantique en amoureux! Si vous voulez acceder au centre de Dusseldorf, mieux vaut etre vehiculé.
Si vous vous sentez decouragé d'atteindre la ville, l'option restaurant sur place est tout a fait valable... bonne carte, copieux et de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuse et á l'hygiene irreprochable.

Sehr großes frisches Frühstücksbuffet. Mitarbeiter teilweise zu fleissig beim Abräumen des Tisches. Zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten rund um die Lobby um während einer Konferenz auch mal noch was arbeiten zu können. Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Großer Flat-TV. Minibar mit interressanten Getränken bestückt.

Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen vom Empfang über Service bis hin zur Putzfrau. Sehr comfortabler und schneller check-in und check-out. Ein weiterer pluspunkt sind die sauberen Zimmer. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, liegt allerdings nicht an zentralster Stelle.

wir waren als Geschäftskunden in diesem Hotel. Die Konferez war toll organisiert. Gute große Räumlichkeiten. Toller Fitnessbereich. Gute Anbindung in die Stadt. Lage ist echt gut und man kann mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt fahren. Verpflegung war ebenfalls gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel kann man gut und gerne weiterempfehlen und man kann sich auch super wohl fühlen. Preis-Leistung ist auf jedenfall gegeben.

Beim Buchen wurden mir zwei Klassen angeboten. Ich habe die um 40% teurere variante gewählt musste aber vor Ort feststellen, dass bei der günstigeren Variante das Frühstück inbegriffen gewesen wäre. Die traf bei der teurern variante nicht zu. Vor Ort musste ich feststellen, dass es im ganzen Hotel keine tiefere Zimmerpreisklasse gab als die von mir überzahle Variante.
Die Adresse, die sie angegebenhabe war falsch, ich wurde vom nabvigationsgerät an die falsche Rheinallee gelozt, Das Swisshotel ist in Neuss und nicht in Düsseldorf.
