close to main train station, nice restaurants nearby
close to shabby neighbourhood
Small single room is very small hardly 3X4 mtrs, breakfast is very small not many options. it would be good to get other hotel for the same price. It is cheap but not a very huge price differential between them and Ramada.

Very near to the Railway Station which makes one can reach most city locations easily. The room on the top floor is having a ceiling window!
The bed in the single room is really small! The shower room is also very very small!
The Hotel is very good for one to reach quickly in most locations in the city, but the room is really small, and the bed and the shower room is even smaller - could be a big problem for a big person. However, the ceiling window of the single room on the top floor is a surprise!
Restaurant Tip : Lots of nice eateries around, especially the chinese one just next door, with a very friendly host.

Front Desk personnel are always very cooperative, and helpful.
Excellent rate

Elevator is sometimes slow
Many rooms are without air conditioning.
Rooms are very hot during summer
It is very near to the Red District
As a hole the hotel is a good choice. The paid rate is very reasonable. Its location is excellent because it is one block from the main railway station. The Staff is excellent, and very cooperative. Also, it is within walking distance to down town. Furthermore, it is close to the river
