nice hotel, close to airport. we enjoy the breakfast. we like to stay at this hotel. We just need a hotel for one night nearby the airport and that was the right choice for us. The staff was nice and very helpfull. Rooms are clean and also the rest of the hotel. We loved the breakfast and the choice of meals provided. We recomand this hotel for all people who needs one close to the airport.( this hotel organise the transfer).

Close to airport, reasonable presentation, reasonable service Only the minimum possible is given to clients as part of the price. Extras are very expensive. Restaurant is more like a cafe but perceived like a top restaurant. This hotel was convenient as it was positioned close to the airport and was clean and well presented. However, customers are given the bare minimum for the price they pay. Extras are very expensive. The restaurant was more like a cafe that a hotel restaurant. Whilst the food was reasonable quality it was vastly overpriced. Even the shuttle bus to the airport (which is often complementary in many airport hotels) was expensive and only marginally cheaper than a taxi if two persons are sharing. The hotel was fine providing you don't expect a great deal for your money.
Restaurant Tip : Eat in Frankfurt center not at the hotel.

Close to the Airport, Ease of Check in, Great Personality of Staff, High Quality of Food, Shuttle Service between Hotel and Airport. I can go on and on singing their praises. Suffice it to stay, this hotel will be my choice of residence each and every time I am in Frankfurt. No Emergency Serve for in-house laundry. From the moment of my arrival at the Hotel, every aspect of their operation was professionally handled by the Front Dest Reception Staff. Being an English Speaker only, I had no trouble being understood in the English Language which in Germany sometinmes can be a problem.
After that, everything went up hill quickly. Immediate internet connection throughout the entire hotel, all telephone operators spke and more importantly understood English and every request I had was properly and efficiently handled. The restaurant was also excellent. The food was plentiful, well presented and very well cooked. A very happy experience all round.
Travel tip : Never Left the Hotel.

Directions :
Every bit as exceptional as the hotel itself is its location. The InterCityHotel Frankfurt Airport is located directly on the premises of the Rhein-Main Airport, near Terminals 1 and 2. Situated at the south side of the airport, the hotel offers an ideal motorway connection for the A5 and the Frankfurter Kreuz. It is only 12 km from here to the exhibition grounds and 13 km to the centre of Frankfurt. By train you arrive centrally at Terminal 1 A1 & C7 or Terminal 2 D/E. The Airport Shuttle takes you from here to the hotel.
