No weekness as I can see except the price The rooms are spacious and fresh. Bathtub is a must after walking the fair. The breakfast is super with all the kind of food you can think of.
The Lifestyle bar is the meetingpoint with live music every night.
You can go directly from the hotel and into the fair.
Travel tip : If time for shopping, Konstablerwache is recommended

spacious rooms / very complete buffet breakfast (Sunday brunch) / swimming pool / smoking rooms available. location in business district appealing to business travelers, but property is not within walking distance of tourist attractions / no free parking on premises. The Maritim Hotel is a top-tier property designed more to meet the requirements of a business traveler than a leisure traveler. While the hotel offers all the amenities and infrastructure required for a business trip, it is not within walking distance of tourist attractions. For reference, take notice that it is very close to the Frankfurt Messe (prime location for trade fairs and exhibitions). The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet, particularly on Sundays (late brunch). The hotel also offers an indoor swimming pool and exercise area with state-of-the-art equipment. Be aware that free parking is not available on the premises and also that smoking rooms are available on request. The staff is very professional and courteous.
Hotel Feature Tip : While the hotel features a lovely indoor swimming pool, take note that the water is not heated. In any case, you may wish to take advantage of free exercise equipment at no cost.

Yes the Japanese food rooms clean and spacious. Internet access is slow. Far from the station Yes they have equipment to enhance cleanliness. That was only available to enhance the airline crew. Also, have a rest and made to rip things get quiet.
