Clean and staff are friendly. Best of all, the location is very good as it's near the central station and the airport (walking 1 minute or so, you can walk with your luggage of course). The downtown was maximum 15 minutes by walking.
The hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Hotel is old fashioned (not modern). The bathroom was renovated and it was nice. All and all, not bad hotel.
The worst is that there is no AC at all, and we went there on Augest, they provided a fan which helped a bit, but still it was hot.
We stayed for one night as next day we were flying, so it was not bad.

Very small room
Uncomfortable bed
No aircon !!!! The hotel was a dissapointment and i would definately not recomend it at all. It is more a budget travellers hotel in the 2 - 3 star category. The only good thing it is near the train station.
Whilst the bathroom was large the room and especially the bed was not very good

Newly renovated, Nice TV, Clean, Nice Room, Nice Shower, Great Location Not that we can think of, probably just need a kettle. Hotel is nicely located and really close to Frankfurt (Main) train station. This was our last stop for our 10 day trip. The room was really nice, newly renovated. The bathroom and toilet also looks good and professional.
There was a LCD TV mounted on the wall and the switch was just beside my headboard. We really like the room alot and would definitely come back to National Hotel.

staff are very nice, room was very clean, breakfast was so nice. I have stayed 4 nights at national hotel frankfurt , i was very happy because the location of the hotel was very nice for me i can enjoy with everything by walking and finish my job as well, the hotel was very close to the exhibition center, shopping area, main station and so many restaurants was very near to that area, i was also enjoying the breakfast of the hotel, staff was very kind, so i can say good rate for best service.
