tea & coffee in the room.normally the german hotels donot provide this facility in their rooms. single room was too small & crowdy the hotel is fairly new & the best part is in the heart of the city & walking to almost all the best locations in town.the breakfast is also elaborate & satisfying.all the rooms are neat & tidy.

central,rich breakfast,friendly staff,very close to central railway station room extremely small, overlooked a dirty backyard, noisy I had a single room which was so small I could harldy turn in it. The view of the backyard was disheartening and the smell coming from the kitchen not very attractive either.

Near the train station, good location. Just another hotel that you can sleep at. Its good if you are passing through Frankfurt but its only good for sleeping..

Central location, breakfast buffet was fairly good The hotel is partially degraded and not worthy of the name 4 stars - especially not with the so-called standard rooms! I'm disappointed - I had previously done in Hong Kong Ramada good experience ... I can not recommend this Holtel ... If you only looking for a place to stay and to moldy bathtubs do not mind, you can book the standard rooms ... Otherwise, the disappointment will rule the day, and outweighs the bad mood .... I certainly would not book there again in the future ... Ramada is usually much better in other locations ... 3 stars!
