If they check their features and facilities, they could offer more. Comfort is all what a guest wants, once they look for a place to stay away from home. They are trying to feel at home. Comfortable, restful sleep, and cleanliness will do (one way or another). BUT, if they start to lay on a wackling bed, and can't sleep through the night, don't expect to see them again.
