convenience, clean, quiet,good services, friendly staff
nothing, besides the expense of the internet connection
the hotel is perfect for the layover traveller. It is such a convenient place to rest between flights, the rooms and the service are excellent. The restaurant has a great setting and a very good cuisine, the bars are well laid out, cosy and comfortable. Obviously the fact that it is as quiet as being in the middle of the countryside makes one forget that all flights are just a few minutes away on foot.

Near to airpot and bus to fair grounds.
Comfortable well appointed rooms.
Small irritating things lacking, no shoe horn, shoe polish.
Cupboard out of order, bare wall behind the door.
Very polite staff, who did not solve the issues raised.
Difficult staff at night restaurant - (at airport hotel!) Inisisted on serving a buffé instead of light small meals that everybody wanted!
I chose the Hotel for easy airport fairground access and that wroked well!The staff were tiredly over polite, but did not really solve the questions raised. The safe broke down twice, with my passoport looked up in it! Despite the attempt to repair it, I gave up as I do not trust it.
The night restaurant on the lower floor was boringly unimaginative, with staff bowing and scraping but they could not get a simple pea sout served! There were too many staff running around, but little appeared to be actually happening!
My conclusion, the hotel worked well enough as I thought through the Agoda website I got an exceptionally good price. At the rack prices I would have been seriously annoyed!

Best feature about the hotel is its proximity to the airport. After collecting your luggage, I got to the hotel reception within 5 minutes.
Even with the close proximity to the airport, the room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep.
The breakfast restaurant was good, with a good spread and very good service.
The amenities for the hotel was basic with several basic F&B outlets
I picked this hotel as I was transiting in Frankfurt for one night. I was pleased with the level of service accorded from both the reception and restaurant staff.
The proximity to the airport is the biggest plus point for this hotel, especially for transiting passengers. Although the room was basic, I could not hear any aircraft or airport related noise, which is very important for transiting passengers after a long haul flight.
