Good service, the room is bigger than I expected, and quite clean.

It's not far from the airport but still need to take the taxi going there (from airport to the hotel, the taxi fee is around 24-25 EURO). The good thing is the hotel has the shuttle bus so you can pay 10 EURO from the hotel to the airport when depart. The service is good, the room I stayed was clean & quite huge. And heater is warm enough for the room. The only thing I think is not good is that I can hear the voice upstairs. If I will go to Frankfurt again and need to stay the hotel near the airport, I will choose to stay here again.

This hotel is situated not very near the airport - about 10 mins drive away. The hotel charges 5 euros per person for its shuttle service to/from airport and has to be pre-arranged. The hotel is cottage style and homely. The room is big and clean. The breakfast spread is quite sumptuous and nice. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the nearest train station which is 5 mins away.

i called the hotel to inquire about the airport transfer and was told to call back later! the woman at the airport information booth used her phone to call back and was given directions by bus to get to the hotel. the information lady told us how/where to get the bus and we boarded the bus for the 25 minute ride. once we got of the bus, we had to ask directions and it was about a 10 minute walk. a there is not a hotel transfer service. it is a bus ride. the night only got worse when the water in the shower was warm and never hot. i would not recommend this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No hot water, no airport transfer. It is bus ride. or 752 bus. If you have the time to stay such a distance from the airport and you don't mind taking the bus with your luggage, this is your place.

the hotel is located right outside a forest, appr 10 nin from the airport and there is not much traffic noise. a perfect stay - over place when you are only staying 1 night in frankfurt and go on to your destination the day after. they provide a lovely breakfast buffet and they have a lot of dishes to choose from.

airport shuttle expensive (10 Euros), nearby public bus direct to airport is only 2.50 Euros. There are restaurants with good food nearby. Also a super market. This is a great hotel for business travelers needing to stay near the airport for an early flight. However, there are hotels around with complementary shuttle service.
The staff is friendly and helpful.Room size and complementary computer use was appreciated.
