Staff rude, unhelpful, and room overpriced

This was not a good experience. Issue with "free" wi-fi - after 3 hours I was given access code to use wifi for 1 hour and then it costs.
Room was cold and when I asked for a second doona the man who came to the room with another one, shook his head and made tsk, tsk, sound. Not sure why I was being dissapproved and judged so harshly for being cold - it was snowing outside!

I used this hotel for one night between my flights in Frankfurt airport. It is pure business hotel. Room has all what you need to stay short period.
Hotel located about 15km from the aiport (by road) and not as it staed in the hotel official site. It cost me 22EU for taxi ride from airport to hotel. Take this fact into account when plan your budget.
Internet is free for one hour. If you need longer connection the fee is only 3EU for 24 hours.
Hotel has a shuttle service to airport - free. Interesting - why they do not provide the same from aiport to hotel.

the hotel was located relatively close to the frankfurt airport, only about a 10 or 15 min. drive away. it is located in a more industrial area but one can walk to some shops about 5 or 10 minutes away. the staff was friendly and helpful; an hour of internet hook up is provided free of charge. breakfast was ok but not as extensive as some other hotels.
the restaurant next door was recommended for dinner and was good. we did not require it but there appeared to be a shuttle service to the airport.

close to airport . airport transfer was 5 euros return which was very reasonable. breakfast was good. nothing more to ask for.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Bring own water. Was sold out when I was there but friendly guy at the counter gave me a bottle!

did not know that you need to ring hotel to organize transfer and took a
taxi - expensive around 60sgd each way as hotel far from the airport.
the price for the hotel good but with the taxi fares - would be better and cheaper to stay close to the airport.
the room was ok and clean.
