For the most part this is exactly what you'd expect from a Best Western; small room, okay bed, passable cleanliness. The internet was fast and it was quiet at night despite being pretty well-located. However, on two separate occassions I had trouble communicating with the person at the reception desk - at one point the only staffperson on duty spoke zero English, which is really rare for German hotels. In general, the staff was not particularly warm or helpful.
