Business travelers New Zealand, March 28, 2013	Poor Attitude Old hotel, poor attitude of the staff 4 Tried to check in early as we just got off a 13 hour flight and was told the computer system was down. Asked if they could check us in manually, and the staff refused, saying it couldn't be done, didn't even try. As someone who has worked in hotels, and spending upward of 25% of the year in hotels, every hotel runs a back up manual system. That the staff didn't even bother was very disappointing.
