not value for money. next door hilton garden inn is value for money. same room and better breakfast booked this hotel through a last minute app called "just book". The rate was competitive compared to other 4 star hotels i The hotel itself is a big unwelcoming tower, it is well located in the center, the staff at the reception was inefficient as it took at least 10 minutes per guest to be checked in. Front desk staff was informative and polite, and extremely easy to deal with. The hotel, being just 1 year old, looked modern and new with glass elevators and modern furniture.
The room was rather small and faced the hotel lobby - we found out that most rooms had either a view of the lobby or of the Sheraton, so no love lost there.
The bathroom was proportionately big, with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a weighing scale and a superb hairdryer.
Both chairs in the room were extremely comfortable, and the tv had English channels (quite rare in Germany).
The fitness centre/gym had all the equipment a gym bunny needs, and it was extremely clean and new.
Located in the Squaire, there was a Starbucks just downstairs, and a supermarket (open till 1am) 3 minutes away. The airport terminals were also just 5 minutes away. Very convenient.
