The service of the hotel was nothing special. It was the same as other Hilton hotels. Just the location and the room was great. The staff were nice as well. They were very happy when we asked lots of questions about all the attractions. They were very helpful.

The arrangments such calling tour should be done free of charge as the hotle is taking service charge.
Shopping Tip:
Frankfurt is excellent city 4 shopping & the hotel has an excellent location for shopping.

Hotel rooms were not very clean, particularly the carpet. Definitely needs some renovation. They wanted to charge for use of the gym but the olympic size pool was a bonus if you need to unwind a bit

This hotel located beside a path,which is not showy but very near Main River. only 15 minutes by walking.The valet parking attendant showed us the way so warnly. The room is big in such a city with heatry breakfast.When I checked-out, the receptionist over caculated my billing since I miss took the snack in the room, but the reception settled this issue very promptly without any complain.

Great location for sighseeing and get to other cities. To me, it was not a pleasant stay as I was told by one of the staff that I could enjoy complimentary breakfast on next day morning. However, it was not.
I joined the local tour and had been waiting for the tour driver at the reception for 10 mins. The hotel staff told me that the driver couldn't find me and left the hotel. I had to take a cab from the hotel to the gathering point. No signage showing the gathering point for tour travellers.
To conclude, it was the communication problems. Other things - perfect.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is within 10 Mins slow walk. It is also very close to shopping area where you can find all branded goods, shopping mall etc.
Our safe box was broken and the staff upgraded us to an executive room! Very good service and nice staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel is conveniently located in Frankfurt and is easily accessible by public transportation from airport. It is also conveniently located near the shopping areas and dining areas. The hotel is clean and elegant and the staff is friendly. The room is nice and the facility is just fantastics. It has a 25 metre swimming pool.
