Excellent hotel
Quiet, good breakfast excellent customer service by the guest service supervisor

We had all but one, positive experiences with this excellent hotel. We had in advance made a few request to our room, and they were all granted via email by the lovely Ms Man Ting Lee, guest service supervisor at the hotel. The room was beautiful with a nice view. Breakfast was excellent.
The only thing both my wife and I reacted to, was the reception we received at the front desk. A non-smiling rude lady called Nadine. This woman is not suited to work with customers.
But I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to other people.
