A bit more expansive on weekday

This is our 2nd visit in our Germany trip, and of course the quality is similar.
The price is higher this time, maybe due to weekend in Frankfurt?!
The room this time is bigger and as clean and comfortable as usual.
One thing I want to mention is that one night I called the reception for showering gel but the staff asked me to come down and take by myself. Is it a common practice or due to lack of staff?

Overall this hotel is satisfactory
free breakfast with quite good standard
I just wonder why it cannot provide visitors with a suitable adapter. Isn't an adapter a basic kind of equipment that a hotel can offer?
