Obwohl ich schriftlich ein Nichtraucherzimmer mit Arbeitstisch reserviert hatte, bekam ich ein kleines (Zweibett-) Zimmer ohne Tisch und mit Brandflecken auf dem Mobiliar. Noch nicht einmal ein Stuhl war vorhanden. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich mich dann sehr nachdrücklich beschwert, was zuerst einmal zu einer unwilligen Reaktion führte. Am Abend bekam ich dann den Schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer, da man zwischenzeitlich mein Gepäck ohne Rücksprache mit mir in dieses Zimmer gebracht hatte. Dort gab es zwar einen Tisch, die Matratze war aber genauso verschlissen wie in dem ersten Zimmer.
Das Frühstück ist im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, eine gesonderte Berechnung erschiene mir aber auch unangemessen.
