This hotel is located exactly at the start of shopping strips with many shops and restaurants as well as metro station just around the corner. The hotel is clean, comfortable, nice, heated, warm, nicely decorated and practical. The hotel stuffs is friendly and helpful with any enquiries and any place or tour you would like to visit in the city. they have big family room too with 3 beds.

good location, it was very close to the shopping district, but the rooms were small and it looked very ancient. the bathroom (which is the most important thing to me) is very good, they had it renovated when i was there and the room where i stayed in. friendly staff, and close to taxi just outside of the hotel when you need to go somewhere, like the airport.

The hotel room decor was old and no Air Condition. But the staff is polite and not to mention, this hotel was near to all famous shop and Shopping Center.
I'm when there for business. And i happy that this hotel provide free WIFI which make me work more easy.

This small hotel itself has nothing special to descripted. It is similar to Hanting or HomeInn which offer you the basic and clean facilities.
But the location is supper good. Easy to go to airport or training station. If stop over Frankfurt for only shopping, (especially brand shopping), this is in a perfect location.

it is a little hard to spot the hotel, look out for the "hotel" sign. The lift is next to a cinema and sports shop. There is a small supermarket/shop that sells snacks, toiletries next to the hotel, i forgot the name.
Breakfast: small selection but not bad
The lift always brings you to the reception level even if you didnt press the button, but it is alright.
Reception was quite friendly and helpful, room was rather clean just that the window was faulty, couldnt close completely.
Nevertheless, great location, easy to go shopping along the zeil or sightseeing at romer.

I booked a Quad room but when check in the hotel give me a 2 double room with connecting room which is good . The bed is very small. Ans at night due to is busy location , till midnight still can hear people talking and shouting. This is a very great location hotel if you prefer to shopping especially branded shop , is just 2-3 min walk you can reach the shopping area . Butfot the hotel lift is very tiny , if you are travelling with big luggage only can fix 2 luggage and only 1 liftand is very old fashion lift . Very simple breakfast and is the same for daily . Free wifi

the staff were friendly location was reasonably
good lift was really old and i feared it might breakdown any moment likewise room heater was from the 1970s - worked up to a point shower and plumbing was ancient spurts of hot and cold water while taking a shower possibly due to all lines being interconnected in other words if a room nearby turned on hot water the water temperature dropped while showering - very unpleasant toiled flush once more ancient carpets in corridors and room were soiled and possibly unhygienic breakfast modest but have had better deal at a lower room price
