Great Hotel, Not so Good location.
The hotel is very clean as you would expect from a five star

hotel is very clean and very spacious, the rooms were perfect size, and everything you would expect from a five stars hotel. the staff were not friendly though, they were unwilling to help, kind of snobby, but then again you don't need to ask much from the hotel clerk. wouldn't recommend this hotel just because it is too far from everything, that is everything is not walking distance.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is fairly poor. We reached the hotel early and the reception kept telling us the room will be ready in 2-3 hours. We came back twice and still the room wasn't ready. They also could not recommend areas to visit and whether certain cards can be used. Something you would expect a 5 star desk would have been able to support better.
