Hotel which did not meet my expectations
Walking distance to the Bart station

Although walking distance to the Bart station, my biggest grudge is the location it is at. Not much things around the Congress Center- no food, shopping, sights.
The hotel has a disturbing system of coming in so frequently to check the mini-bar / room service at different timings. However, there was no room service for the entire day when I went out of the hotel.
Bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, water were all not provided for. You have to call and ask for them, which was troublesome for me.
The pillow was too soft for my liking.
I called to ask for checkout timing. Although the receptionist said she will call me back, she never did.

The hotel is located in town with ample of shopping complex around the area. As we are business traveller, it is very near to the convention center which we are having our booth.

Great location but the hotel need serious makeover

nice hotel. Very near to the shopping complex. Not very hard to find taxi to go to the town center. We are staying there because we are having an expo in the convention center. Will recommend any business traveller.

this is more for business traveller. you can go to town via taxi and it is not hard to get a taxi. we stay here because it is near the convention center. just a walking distance away. for the price we are paying, it should have come with breakfast.

The hotel room is small. For the price I am paying and with no breakfast, it is a bit expensive. it is ok as I am there to visit the business seminar which is located about 5 min drive away.

If you come to Fankfurt for Messe, no need to look further.
However it is still decent hotel in the city, easy you move around,safe and most importantly friendly staff.

This is a business hotel. Very basic yet very convenient especially if you are going to the exhibition. The Underground is nearby and it is very convenient. The Japanese restaurant is also very good.
